Hire Only - Tulle Skirts

These tulle skirts are ready to post within a few days of placing your order for hire purposes of 2 weeks. Please allow a full week for your order to be posted and arrive (longer if choosing second class). If you need a skirt for a longer period of time, please get in touch. Please read the description of each item below to ensure the skirt will fit the dancer and your requirements. Please note a refundable deposit is required before posting so please get in touch for payment details. 
Full Terms & Conditions of hire is at the very bottom of this text. This includes a deposit which is payable via BACS and is refunded upon receipt of the skirt in the condition it arrived to you. Costs to repair rather than replace will be deducted but full communication will happen beforehand. 
 
 
Midi Length Tulle 6 Layer Black/Glitter Midi = pull on soft tulle and net skirt that is 18” long and has a 24” waist that stretches to 32”

Midi Length Tulle 8 Layer Mixed Blue Midi = pull on soft tulle skirt that is 24” long and has a 24” turquoise blue 10mm waistband that stretches to 34” Refundable deposit  £15
Midi Length Tulle 8 Layer Mixed Pink Midi = pull on soft tulle skirt that is 25” long and has a 25” bright pink 10mm waistband that stretches to 36” Refundable deposit  £15
Maxi Length Red Hi-Lo Tulle = pull on maxi skirt with separate back and front on one waistband - back length 53” long and front 15” gradually going longer each side. The waist is 23” but stretches to 32” waist.

HIRE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
HIRER: The person placing this order 
OWNER: Muscat Dance Designs 
1. The HIRER shall keep and maintain the hired skirt(s) in a good condition for the duration of the hire period, which includes postage to/from the OWNER.
2. The HIRER shall pay the OWNER a refundable deposit which is returned in full by the OWNER to the HIRER upon receipt of the skirt(s) being in the same condition as it was at the time of the hire. Full video footage will be taken before the skirt(s) is posted as evidence. The whole deposit of part of it will not be refunded as compensation for any replacement and/or repair to damaged skirt(s). 
3. The skirt(s) shall be posted by the HIRER to the OWNER at the HIRER’s risk, cost and expense. If the skirt(s) is not returned in the period agreed of two weeks, a daily hire rate is charged by OWNER of £1 per day which is deducted from the deposit. 
4. No allowance will be made for any hired skirt or portion thereof which is claimed not to have been used. Acceptance of returned skirt(s) by OWNER does not constitute a waiver of any of the rights OWNER has under the hire agreement.
5. The OWNER may terminate this agreement immediately upon the failure of the HIRER to make the deposit payment.
6. The HIRER cannot hire or lend this skirt(s) to another person, company or sole trader or knowingly allow another person to hire or lend this skirt(s) to another person, company or sole trader and if so, will not have the deposit returned. 
7.  The HIRER shall pay all reasonable legal and other fees, the expenses and costs incurred by OWNER in protection of its rights under this rental agreement and for any action taken against OWNER to collect any amounts due to the OWNER under this rental agreement.
8.  These terms are accepted by the HIRER upon delivery of the terms to the HIRER or the agent or other representative of HIRER.
9.  Deposit costs are calculated based on the difference between hire costs and purchase price of the style of skirt you hire.
Placing and paying for this skirt(s) is acceptance that I have read and agree to Muscat Dance Designs hire terms and conditions as above.
